Request a Strata Records Inspection

As an owner or a professional strata inspection , you may wish to inspect records directly or to prepare a report. Section 182 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 states that an owner, mortgagee, or covenant charge of a lot, or a person authorised by them, may request the owners corporation to allow an inspection of records.

How to Book an Inspection

To ensure we can process your request in line with legislative requirements, please complete the letter provided on our website for the authority of the inspection.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be allocated a time to review the available records.

Pricing

Owners: $31.00 for the first hour, plus $16.00 for every additional 30 minutes (maximum 3 hours).
Authorised representatives or non-owners: From 1 July 2025, $60.00 ( GST incl) for the first hour, plus $30.00 for every additional 30 minutes (maximum 3 hours).
