Strata Library Professional Standards Schemes ( PSS)

 Commencing from 01st July 2021, The NSW Government, approved a Professional Standards Scheme (PSS) for the NSW strata industry for an initial 5-year period. Strata Unit Management Pty Ltd, being a proud member of the peaking body of the industry-  Strata Community Association – SCA (NSW) must adhere to a Code of Ethics including professional standards, which will be monitored by Professional Standards Australia.

Thanks to the dedicative work by the peak body of the strata industry – Strata Community Association – SCA (NSW), now that strata management is recognised a professional industry. The Professional Standards Scheme have brought the range of benefits including:
• Improvement of consumer protection with SCA (NSW) overseeing,
• Help all members of SCA ( NSW) self-regulating conduct within a structured professional framework,
• an independent complaints handling process,
• Continual Professional Development (CPD) requirements for Licensee’s in Charge and strata managers to remain educated
