We offer practical solutions to our members and give guidance and support on all issues for community schemes, precinct schemes and neighbourhood schemes established by the subdivision of land under the Community Land Development Act.
The new Community Schemes legislation, which is expected to commence on 1 December, 2021, will bring in significant changes and apply to almost all aspects of the community legislation.
